Its Wednesday night already where is the time going? My story starts on Saturday I just got back from Kampala and two of my friends where working and I asked them what was going on tonight. They saids that they were going to cook an African meal. I asked of I could join and they said yes. So about 7 I went to Floor's house and a little bit later Rose came with the man course Minnows yes I said Minnows. So I cut the tomato's and onions, Floor made the Rice and also Helped rose with taking the heads off of the minnows. So when everything was done cooking we had rice then tomato,onion, and minnows on are plates. The taste was not bad it was not good but it was not bad.I can now say I am a ready fisherman because I ate minnows. So Shaun, Tempy, Boon, and Andy are not real fisherman.

I remember my first meal out in the country in Africa. It was a meal with a corm meal dish (kind of like firm cream of wheat) called sheema (nshima) and minnows (with heads on) It was the miracle of the fishes and the loaves.
Brad I love to fish but I will never ever eat the bait I am using!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!:) Take care, miss ya!
